Description
The stone bridge spanning the River Leen is a road bridge built in 1833 and restored in 1979. It is constructed from coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings. The bridge features five segmental pointed arches, with the central arch being the largest and adorned with keystones. A string course runs along the bridge, and the balustrade walls have gabled ashlar coping. Square piers with square domed caps are located at intervals along the balustrade. The bridge has rounded corners and includes a central plaque inscribed with "GH 1833."
