Description
Woodlands Lodge and Number 107 are a pair of stuccoed villas dating from around 1840. Originally separate dwellings, they are now used as offices and consist of two storeys. Woodlands Lodge features a two-window projecting bay on the right side, four sash windows to the left, and a plain doorway with a nine-fielded panelled door beneath a Tuscan column portico. Number 107 has four sash windows and a doorway with a plain rectangular fanlight, also with a Tuscan column portico. Both buildings have bold lined eaves and a hipped slate roof. The two blocks are connected by a set-back two-windowed wing.
