Description
36 Sadler Gate is a late 18th century or early 19th century building, with the core likely being older. It is constructed of whitened brick and has three storeys. The facade features a central two-light wood mullioned sash window, along with two smaller sash windows on the second storey, which has a blocked window between them. There is a decorative band and plain eaves, topped with tiles. The ground floor has a plain 19th century shop front with modern glazing, a doorway that has a semi-circular headed wood surround, and a six-panelled door.
