Description
The Red Cow Inn Public House is a late 18th century or early 19th century building located in St Edmund's Close, Allestree. It has undergone later alterations and is constructed of painted brick. The building stands two storeys high and features three sash windows, with the first-storey windows having single glazing bars only. The entrance has a plain doorway with a cambered head and a modern door. The building has gabled ends, dog-tooth eaves, and is covered with tiles. Note that modern additions on the right-hand side are not included in this description.
