10 Cornhill is a modest red brick cottage, likely dating from the early 16th century, although it has been significantly altered and restored over time. The building stands two storeys high and features one removed wood casement window on the left side, which is topped by a small gable. The plain doorway has a segmental head and a modern glazed door. The ground storey has renewed casement windows with glazing bars. The cottage has gabled ends, with the left side featuring a large chimney and a raised parapet, and it is covered with old tiles.
