Description

This is a cottage located at 37 Fulneck, dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof, with two storeys. On the ground floor, there are doorways with monolithic jambs that flank a sash window with a raised surround. The first floor includes a single sash window and a two-light flat-faced mullioned window with a recessed mullion, both of which have oversailing lintels. The windows are fitted with four-pane sashes, and the building has widely spaced gutter brackets and a single ridge stack. This cottage is part of the Moravian settlement of Fulneck.
