Description
This building is a house located at 60 Fulneck, likely dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone and has a rendered south front, with a stone slate roof. The house has three storeys at the front and a single storey at the rear, featuring a symmetrical three-bay facade. The design includes rusticated quoins, a plinth, and bands at each floor level. The flat-arched doorway has raised composite jambs. Above the doorway and on either side are sash windows with plain stone surrounds; the ground and first-floor windows have four-pane sashes, while the second-floor windows are smaller and feature 20th-century upper casements. The building also has gutter brackets and coped gables with kneelers and end stacks.
