Description
Newall Hall is a stone-built house with a stone slate roof, originally constructed in the medieval period and later modified in the 18th century. The south-facing front features a wide gable with a pediment that was added to the earlier structure. The entrance portico and bay windows on either side are later additions. The front façade is primarily 18th century, with five first-floor windows, the central one adorned with a pediment. In the pediment of the roof, there are three windows, with the central window having a semi-circular head; all these original windows are framed with architraves. Additionally, there is a mutilated window on the north side of the house that may date back to the medieval period. The building is accentuated by quoin stones at both front corners.
