Description
This is a stable block, likely dating from the early 18th century. It forms the east side of a yard, situated to the south of Hall Farmhouse. The building is constructed of magnesian limestone rubble, with a pantile roof. It is rectangular in shape. The west side, facing the yard, originally contained a pair of stable doors towards the north end, with a small nine-pane fixed window to their right. Further along this side are two more stable doors, with a small window between them, and three loading doors on the first floor. The left-hand gable has a window on the ground floor and a blocked loft window directly above. A single-storey addition is located at the right-hand end, featuring two stable doors and two windows. The interior has not been inspected. The building is listed for its contribution to the group value of the surrounding buildings.
