Description

The Boat Buildings, located on Courthouse Street, date from the early 19th century. They consist of barns and cowhouses arranged around a cobbled fold. The buildings are included in the listing primarily for the remains of 17th-century walling. Notably, part of the wall facing the street features a blocked doorway that is initialled and dated 'J F 1606'.
