Description
No. 3 Oxford Place is a mid-19th century shop that has been converted into offices. It is constructed of brick in Flemish bond with stone detailing and has a roof covered in small slates, featuring tall stacks on the right. The building has two storeys and two bays. On the ground floor, there are three steps leading up to a recessed six-panel door with an overlight, framed by a pilastered doorcase, an entablature, and a shallow pediment. To the right, there is a shop window that also has pilasters, an entablature, and a cornice. The upper floor contains two plate-glass sash windows, with the one on the right being wider. These windows are topped with rubbed brick flat arches and have a continuous sill band. The interior has not been inspected. For dating evidence, refer to No. 1 Oxford Place.
