Workshops, now printing works. Early C19. Coursed squared gritstone, low pitched hipped slate roof, projecting stone eaves. 3 storeys, 1 x 4 bays, on steep slope, 2 storeys at rear. C20 shop facade to ground floor, sash window with margin-light glazing bars to 1st floor, shorter window with C20 casement above. Left return has no openings (advertisement obscures part). Right return: C20 windows to ground floor, upper windows sashes with glazing bars. INTERIOR: not inspected. Original purpose unclear; the fenestration towards the grounds of Nos 73-75 (qv) suggests that the building was a service range or workshops connected to them.
