Description
Kirkstall House is a pair of houses, part of which is used as a doctors' surgery, dating from the early 19th century. The building is constructed of hammer-dressed gritstone and features a low-pitched slate roof with half-hipped ends and moulded eaves. It stands two storeys tall and is six windows wide, with plain sills and lintels. The ground floor windows are sashes with margin-light glazing bars, while the first floor windows have 16 panes. Each house has a central door with an overlight above it. There are stone stacks with deep cornices at both the ends and the centre of the building. The interior has not been inspected.
