Description
Rushfield House is a mid-19th century house of ashlar construction, situated on Arkenley Lane in Almondbury. It has a hipped roof covered with stone slates and a blocking course along the top of the walls. The house is two storeys high, with a moulded eaves cornice and a continuous sill band running along the first floor. There are three ranges of sash windows on the front elevation. A door with a fanlight is set within a Tuscan porch, which has a full entablature and three steps leading up to it. Two further ranges of sash windows are located on the south side of the building.
