Description
Nos 9, 11, and 13 on Old Road are part of a row of buildings dating from the early to mid 19th century. They are constructed from hammer-dressed stone and feature a stone slate roof, with some areas covered in bitumen. The front of the buildings has moulded stone brackets. There are three ashlar stacks, one of which has been altered. The buildings are two and four storeys tall. No 9 is slightly set back and has a central door with a sash window on each side. There is a central sash window on the first floor. Nos 11 and 13 are arranged with entrances on the left and right, respectively, and each has a single sash window on both floors. At the rear of Nos 11 and 13, the second and third floors each have four 2-light windows (with two windows on the second floor blocked), and No 9 has one 3-light window on the third floor.
