Description

Hinchliffe Mill Bridge is a river bridge built in 1839, as indicated by the datestone. It is constructed from hammer dressed stone and features a single span segmental arch that crosses the River Holme. There is a string course at the base of the parapet, which has recent round copings made of concrete. The keystone of the arch on the west side is marked with the date 1839.
