Description

This is an early 18th-century detached house, with later alterations. It is constructed of coursed rubble with quoins, and has a stone slate roof covered with bitumen, featuring chamfered gable copings on cut kneelers. The house is two storeys high. The front has a central doorway with a Tudor arch. There is one 3-light and one 2-light double-chamfered window on the ground floor. The first floor originally had a 10-light stone mullioned window, but the central four lights have been blocked. The rear elevation has a central, blocked first-floor doorway with a chamfered surround and Tudor arch. To the right is one 2-light double-chamfered window. To the left, on both floors, are small windows with chamfered false arches, including one on the gable wall.
