Description

Nos 78, 79, 80 and 81 on Far Lane are a terrace of houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from hammer-dressed stone and feature a stone slate roof. Each house has four ashlar stacks with strings and rounded caps. The buildings are two storeys tall, with an entrance and a four-light stone mullioned window, which has been altered, for each dwelling. At the first floor level, there are two three-light stone mullioned windows for each dwelling, although the mullions have been removed from No 79. Additionally, there is a porch at No 78.
