Sandygate Farm is a house that is part of a row, dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of coursed millstone grit and features quoins. The stone slate roof is supported by moulded stone brackets. The central door is flanked by a three-light window on both the left and right sides on both floors. The rear elevation mirrors the front, but the first-floor window on the right is a two-light window. The later houses to the left and right are not of special interest.
