Description

An early 19th century house of two dwellings, located on Park Road West in Crosland Moor. The building is constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a pitched roof of stone slate. It is two storeys high. The ground floor has two four-light stone mullioned windows. The first floor has two two-light and two three-light stone mullioned windows; the mullions have been removed from the first-floor windows of number 35.
