Description

No. 2 Stocks Walk is a building dating from 1876, constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a hipped stone slate roof. It has two storeys and features three ranges of sash windows on the south side and three on the east side. On the south side, there is a three-centred archway with a dated keystone and moulded imposts. The shopfront includes one window facing south and two windows facing east, all three of which are flanked by horizontally rusticated pilasters that support a moulded wooden entablature. Below the windows, there are iron railings with spear finials. The entrance features double doors with four moulded panels.
