No. 5 Mole Head is an early to mid 19th century building located on Nettleton Hill. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a pitched stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and includes stone brackets supporting the gutter. On the first floor, there is a prominent six-light stone mullioned window, while the ground floor has a three-light stone mullioned window. Additionally, there are various casement windows present.
