Description

Nos 16 and 16A on Victoria Lane are early to mid 19th century buildings constructed of ashlar with a hipped slate roof. They rise to three storeys and feature a moulded eaves cornice, which is modillioned on the Market Avenue side. The buildings have a blocking course and three ranges of windows, some of which include glazing bars. Additionally, there are seven ranges of windows and one loading door facing Market Avenue.
