Description
This is a mid-18th century terrace, with alterations carried out in the mid to late 19th century. The terrace comprises numbers 106 and 112 on Dunford Road. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone, with quoins visible on the west elevation. The roof is covered in stone slates, and there are five stone chimney stacks. The eastern part of the terrace is two storeys high, while the western part rises to four storeys. The west elevation has a symmetrical facade. The ground floor features two four-light, double chamfered stone mullioned windows. The first floor has two three-light and two two-light double chamfered stone mullioned windows. The second floor incorporates two three-light windows. The third floor contains one four-light, one three-light, and two two-light stone mullioned windows. The east elevation has mid-19th-century detailing, along with a later addition to the left.
