No. 57 is an early to mid-19th century dwelling, part of a row. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a stone slate roof, featuring a coped gable and a kneeler to the south. The building has one ashlar stack. The west elevation has one three-light stone mullioned window on each floor. A ground-floor entrance is located to the right of the elevation.
