Description

Four dwellings built back-to-back, dating to the late 18th century. The buildings are constructed from hammer-dressed stone, with number 4 having a rendered front. They have stone slate roofs, partially covered with bitumen, with gable copings resting on moulded kneelers. The southeast elevation of numbers 4 and 8 has a symmetrical design, featuring moulded stone brackets. Each dwelling has an entrance on the left and right, and a single four-light stone mullioned window on the ground floor, with two mullions removed. The first floor windows are altered six-light stone mullioned windows. The northwest elevation of numbers 2 and 6 is also characterised by moulded stone brackets, with entrances on the left and right. The ground floor windows are modern, while the first floor has a three-light and a five-light stone mullioned window, with rendered surrounds.
