Description
Fenny Grange Farmhouse is a building dating from the 18th century or early 19th century, constructed from hammer-dressed stone with a hipped stone slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features two ranges of tripartite sash windows with glazing bars, alongside one range of modern windows. On the eastern side, the wall ramps upwards twice at the north end, where there are two doors with arched heads and plain imposts. The farmyard side has various sashes with glazing bars. To the west, there is a long barn extension that includes tall round-arched entrances on both the north and south sides, also two storeys high. Attached to the south side of the west end is a cowshed and hayloft extension, which has various openings, including one for pigeons in the loft that features a semi-circular sill. A modern cottage extension is located to the south of the east end but is not included in the listing.
