Description

Lower Burn Farmhouse is an 18th-century building constructed from hammer-dressed stone, featuring a pitched stone slate roof. The farmhouse has coped gables supported by cut kneelers and stands two storeys high. The front facade includes three ranges of three-light casement windows, none of which have stone mullions. At the rear, there is one three-light stone mullioned window and two two-light stone mullioned windows.
