Description
This is a row of seventeen mid-19th century properties of ashlar construction, originally numbers 80 to 100 Trinity Street. They have a pitched stone slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high and feature a modillion eaves cornice, although number 92 has stone brackets to the gutter and number 96 has a rendered cornice. A band runs along the facade of number 92.
Numbers 80 and 82 have doors with four moulded panels, a fanlight with glazing bars, Tuscan pilasters, and a full entablature. Numbers 84, 86, 90, 92, 96 and 100 have doors within moulded stone frames and moulded cornices. Number 90's door has two moulded panels, number 100's has two fielded panels, number 86’s has four moulded panels, numbers 92 and 96 each have six panels, four of which are fielded. Numbers 82 and 86 have passage entrances with blind fanlights, moulded voussoirs, and imposts. Numbers 90, 96 and 100 have unframed passage entrances; number 100’s has two fielded panels, number 90’s has four moulded panels, and a fanlight. Some cast iron railings with spear finials are present.
