Description
The Coach House and Stable to Stafford Hall, built in 1861, is a single-storey structure with an attic, constructed from coursed stone with ashlar dressings and featuring a half-hipped, graduated slate roof. The south front displays two pointed arch doorways with plank doors, along with a single boarded sash window positioned between the doorways and to the right. Above this, there is an off-centre gable that contains a single pointed arch opening with three flight holes, and a chimney stack protrudes from the left side of the gable. The west front includes a blocked carriage arch and a single light window above it. The interior retains two hay shoots. This building is included for its group value with Stafford Hall.
