Description

The house is a late 17th or early 18th century farmhouse. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a stone slate roof. The house has two storeys and originally comprised three units to the front, with a single-storey outshut to the rear extending across two bays. It features double-chamfered mullioned windows on the ground floor and chamfered windows on the first floor. The front has a two-light window above a doorway with a plain surround, a four-light window with a king mullion, and a further four-light window above. A three-light window with a light over is also present. The gables are coped and have kneelers, and there are three stacks along the ridge. The rear of the house has a doorway that creates a hearth passage plan.
