Description

Lower Balkram Edge Farmhouse and its outbuildings date from the 17th to early 18th century. This small traditional stone structure features a stone roof and an irregular front with long, mullioned windows. There is a similar single-storeyed wing to the east, along with a range of later outbuildings that are of group interest. The plain rear of the farmhouse also has a long mullioned window. At the time of inspection, the property was derelict.
