Description
This is a barn attached to the rear of the Angel Public House, dating from the early to mid-17th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble with roughly dressed quoins and features a stone slate roof. The barn has four bays, with a central cart-entry that has composite jambs and a raised lintel. To the right of this entry, there is a mistal doorway that also has composite jambs and a large quoined lintel. Inside, the barn boasts a good king-post roof, which retains mostly original purlins and rafters.
