Description
Manor House is a restored late 17th century manor house, consisting of two sections with a slightly projecting addition to the south-west, likely from the 18th century. The building features a gabled bay at the south-east end of the front. It has two storeys and is constructed of irregularly coursed sandstone "brick" and gritstone, with flush quoins. The roofs are made of stone slate and include saddlestones, with the gabled bay supported by kneelers. The windows are a mix of two, three, and four-light designs, mostly square mullioned, with some retaining their original chamfered mullions. There is a shaped lintel doorway and stone gutter spouts located at the eaves.
