Description

No. 2 Town End Road is a two-storey small house built from sandstone "brick" and features flush quoins. The stone slate roof is adorned with saddlestones and prominent kneelers. A date plaque on the west gable end is inscribed with "I.C.S. 1752." The windows have squared surrounds, although the mullions have been removed. The doorway has squared jambs. This building is included for its group value with Nos 12 and 14 Back Fold.
