Description

Wheatley Cottage, dating from the 17th century, is a two-storey building constructed of coursed squared stone with a stone slab roof. The south front features two mullioned windows and a doorway on the right side, which has the inscription "M I D 1671" on the lintel. The cottage is adjacent to a terrace on the west side. On the east gable end, there is one window, which includes a modern casement above and a modern bay below.
