Description
Dixon Hill Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from circa 1675. It is constructed of stone, with dressed stone to the front elevation and rubble elsewhere, and has a stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high with two first-floor windows. A central 20th-century porch has been added. The ground floor features double-chamfered mullion windows of 2 and 3 lights, with dripmouldings. First-floor windows are double-chamfered mullioned, with 2 lights. Later inserted windows are also present. The ends of the building have corniced stacks. The interior retains oak ceiling beams.
