Description

No. 464 Fulwood Road is a house built around 1800, with some alterations made in the late 20th century. It is constructed from textured coursed squared stone, featuring ashlar dressings and a stone slate roof with a brick gable stack. The building has two storeys and a single window range. Each floor has a central cross casement window, and to the right of the windows is a late 20th-century board door. The openings are adorned with painted splayed lintels. The interior has not been inspected.
