Description

Rivelin Mill Bridge is a road bridge that spans the River Rivelin and was built in 1819. It is constructed from rock-faced stone and ashlar. The bridge features a single round skew arch, which is adorned with rusticated voussoirs and a keystone that bears the date. There is an impost band and a string course present. The parapet walls are topped with slab coping and have splayed ends, which are supported by square piers with flat caps.
