Description

No. 24 Paradise Square is a house, now used as offices, built around 1771 and partially reconstructed in the mid-20th century. It was constructed for Thomas Broadbent. The building is made of brick with ashlar and brick dressings, topped with a slate roof featuring two gable stacks and one ridge stack. It has a cornice and a ramped coped parapet. The house stands three storeys high and has a two-window range. The windows are 12-pane sashes with brick flat arches above them. The entrance features a simple moulded doorcase with a cornice and a half-glazed door. The interior has not been inspected.
