Description
The Guildhall is a building that was originally a barn, now serving as a house and studio. It dates back to 1824 and has undergone some additions and alterations in the mid and late 20th century. The structure is made of coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings and features a stone slate roof. Notable architectural elements include quoins and a coped east gable. The building stands two storeys high and has a four-window range. There are four pitching eyes that have been glazed, along with single breathers. An off-centre blocked round-arched winnowing door is flanked on the left by two round-arched windows. Beyond this, there is a round-arched door that has been altered to a window. To the right, there is a round-arched window, followed by a blocked door and a flat-headed window. The interior has not been inspected. This building was likely part of the outbuildings of Goole Green farm, which is not included in the listing. From the late 19th century, it was used as the Fulwood Church Hall and was converted in the mid-20th century.
