Description
Number 3 and the attached stables are a building dating from the 18th century, with a 17th-century wing. The structure features coursed rubble with a rendered front and a pantiled roof, topped with a coped gable. It is two storeys high with attics and consists of two bays, accented by ashlar quoins and 19th-century sash windows. There are two gabled attic dormers with brick cheeks. To the south, there is a one and a half-storey extension, likely from the 17th century, which is also rendered and has a pantiled roof with a coped south gable. The row of stables extends westward along the roadside, constructed from coursed rubble with a pantiled roof. This stable block is two storeys tall and includes four stable doors and two openings on the first floor.
