Description

Nos 16 and 16A on Market Place are likely from the 18th century, possibly even earlier. The building is finished in stucco and has a pantiled roof. It stands two storeys high and features two bays with cased sashes that have glazing bars. One side has a modern bank front, while the other side includes a door with six fielded panels and an anti-moulded wooden cornice above it, along with a small shop window. Inside, there is a late 18th-century chimney piece.
