Description

House at 92 The Village, built in 1781 with a cross wing added around 1800. The structure is made of brick in Flemish bond and features a Roman tile roof. It has a central hallway entry and is two storeys high with two rooms in depth and a cross wing at the rear. The front has three first-floor windows. A 20th-century glazed door with a divided overlight provides access. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, all set beneath flat brick arches. The gable ends have coping and end stacks, with tumbling-in details. Inside, there is a fine open-string staircase with two turned square-knop balusters on each step.
