Description

Nos. 45 and 46 Parliament Street is a house with a shop that was built between 1836 and 1839. The building features painted brickwork, a slate roof, and a brick chimney stack.

The exterior is four storeys high with a two-window front. The first and second floors have 12-pane sash windows, while the third floor has unequal 9-pane sash windows. There are sill bands beneath the windows on the second and third floors, and below these sill bands are full-width advertising panels framed in moulded surrounds.

The interior has not been inspected.
