Description
This is a gas lamp-post located approximately 6.25 meters south-west of the Assembly of God Pentecostal Church. It dates from the mid-19th century and is made of painted cast iron. The lamp-post stands about 3.5 meters high and features a tapering fluted shaft on a high base, with a foliate foot, moulded necking, and a crossbar. The lamp itself is missing. This lamp-post is included for its group value as an important part of the streetscape.
