Description

23 and 24 Parliament Street are two houses with shops, built between 1836 and 1839. They feature painted brick in Flemish bond, a moulded timber eaves cornice, and a slate roof with a brick stack. The exterior is three stories high with a two-window front. The upper floor windows are 12-pane sashes, complete with painted stone sills and flat arches. A fluted bowl rainwater head is located in the center of the cornice. The interior has not been inspected.
