Description

Nos. 3 and 5 Bootham are two shops with flats above, built around 1840. They are constructed from grey-brown brick and feature a slate roof. The building has three storeys and two bays. The windows are sashed, and on the ground floor, there are two 20th-century shopfronts with timber brackets and fascias. A dentilled timber gutter cornice runs along the top, and there are chimneys at both the left and right ends of the building. The interior has not been inspected.
