Description
House located at 61 Old Brumby Street, built in the early to mid 19th century, with a later rear outshut and renovated between 1981 and 1982. The structure is made of whitewashed, roughly-coursed ironstone rubble with brick dressings and stacks, topped with a pantile roof. It is two storeys high and features two first-floor windows along with a central blind window panel, creating a symmetrical appearance. The house has a plinth and quoins. The entrance consists of a central part-glazed door, flanked by 6-pane sliding sashes on either side and two above, with the central blind window panel. All openings are framed with brick surrounds and segmental arches, and there is a flat brick cornice along the top. The house has end stacks.
