Description

25 King Street is an early 19th-century building featuring a front elevation of red brick and a pantile roof with a dentil eaves cornice. The structure is two storeys high and has three flush windows on the ground floor, which are hung sashes with glazing bars, set beneath brick voussoirs. The entrance door consists of six fielded panels and an oblong fanlight set within a reveal, framed by a ribbed surround with decorative paterae and a small flat hood above. To the left of the main entrance, there is a round-headed passage entry with radiating wood fanlight bars, although this does not have glazing and features a plain door. This building, along with No 23, forms a group.
